We want you to have confidence in using Fittainable and EquilibrioAI. Refunds may be considered for subscription purchases, one-time paid plans, or add-ons if you have not consumed the majority of the service and if your request complies with our guidelines.

Refunds are generally not applicable once services (such as test reports, downloadable resources, or AI-generated insights) have been delivered in full.

• Change of mind after service consumption.
• Violations of our Terms of Service.
• Abuse of promotions, free trials, or discounts.
• Third-party issues (payment gateway delays, bank failures) outside our control.

All eligible returns will be credited to the user's account within 5–7 days of approval.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing may take additional business days. You will be notified via email when your refund has been processed.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
