100% Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipping

Fittainable is an entirely digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. There are no couriers, no packaging, and no delivery addresses required — ever.

1. What We Deliver

All products and plans sold by Fittainable are delivered digitally. This includes:

  • AI-generated personalised meal plans (PDF / in-app)
  • Workout and fitness plans (PDF / in-app)
  • Weekly and monthly progress reports (in-app)
  • Habit tracking and nudge features (in-app)
  • Any downloadable resources tied to your subscription

2. When You Get Access

Access to your plan and all digital content is granted immediately upon successful payment. You will be able to view, download, and use your plan right away — no waiting period.

If you do not see your plan within a few minutes of payment, please check your registered email or contact us — it is almost always a technical hiccup we can resolve instantly.

3. No Physical Goods

Fittainable does not manufacture, stock, or ship any physical products such as supplements, equipment, merchandise, or printed materials.

Any reference to "delivery" in our app or communications refers exclusively to the digital delivery of plans, reports, and in-app features to your account.

4. Didn't Receive Your Plan?

If your payment was successful but you cannot access your plan, reach out to us and we will resolve it promptly:

  • Email: fittainable@gmail.com
  • Include your registered email and Razorpay payment ID
  • We respond within 24–48 hours on business days

This policy is governed by the laws of India. For disputes, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
